But they are both lovely, thoughtful, kind, and appreciative of the people who work with them on various crews.
They are human, so they are not perfect. Everyone is entitled to have an off day, not that I have heard anything about that with this private couple. They mind their own business for the most part.
I have never heard anything negative about them, which is highly unusual since everyone is human and has bad days sometimes.

In person, as I have been told, Harrison Ford is polite but aloof unless he knows you well. He is never deliberately rude or obnoxious but generally refuses to do photos, autographs, or selfies with fans.
