My friend offered to buy me a speedo swimsuit for Christmas one year in high school. We went to the mall and I found a cool dark blue one in one of the shops. He told me to go into the dressing room and try it on, then come out and show him in the fashion 3 sided mirror. I went in the room, took off everything and put on the speedo. It was kind of snug, but I liked the color. I emerged and walked up onto the raised short stage by the mirror. My friend laughed as I was still wearing my socks. I quickly took them off and threw them at my friend. It felt great to be barefoot as I dug my toes into the plush carpet. I posed and looked into the mirrors admiring my physique body. I turned to ask my friend a question, but he had disappeared. Worse though, was when I went back to the dressing room and found my clothes and shoes were missing. I was stuck there barefoot and wearing only the unpaid speedos.
A salesperson came up to me and asked me if I was going to purchase them. I told her what had happened and she laughed. She asked me to give her the speedos back since I couldn’t pay for them.
I went back to into the dressing room and took them off. Fortunately, there was a bath towel nearby that I used to wrap around my waist. I gave the speedos back to the salesperson and walked barefoot through the store and out into the parking lot. My friend was sitting in his car with my clothes and shoes in hand laughing. I began to chase after him almost losing the towel in the process.
He apologized later and bought the speedos for me.
