Here’s my, non PC, non-sugar-coated take on that matter….
Who the fuck cares?
Just train hard and smart, eat right for a 5–10 years, stay away from steroids (they’ll harm more than anthing else) and then you’ll look better then 90% of your peers.
But sadly, that’s not something most people who read this, get around to doing.
Most people waste away hours upon hours doing shitty pump and blitz volume routines that they bought of their favourite Influencers that won’t grow muscle optimally.
Most people spend more time enmeshed in the latest fitness industry gossip instead of focusing on nailing their diet and recovery.
Most people have never heard of the GPP, and won’t even believe that being in shape and cardiovascularly fit (aka having good “cardio”) will improve their recovery and thus what results they get from their training.
Most people are not willing to wait 5–10 years to look really good and have elite strength levels.
Anyway…Back to topic….
Here’s a good pic about how big you can get as a real natty.
Forget about the 1972 and the 2009 picutres. You can’t get as big as these guys. These guys were on tons of anabolic steroids.
But that 1895 pic?
Definately more realistic depiction of a real lifetime natty.
Now, if you want to get really fancy with this you could calculate your FFMI and you’d have a pretty good estimate of how big you could get.
FFMI = Fat Free Mass Index, which is a that is basically derived from formula, that can calculate how much lean mass you’re carrying.
Top-tier, drug tested natural bodybuilding competitors usually score a FFMI of around 25.
Anything above 25 is a high probability of steroid use.
But my point remains…
Why the fuck care?
