just got back from my chemo appointment and visit with my oncologist. She is usually very calm and “by the book,” but today she came in smiling and almost excited, which is very unusual for her.
She was really happy to go through my scan results from Monday and said she was glad to bring me good news. She thought I had already seen the results, which I had.
She told me everything looks very good. The cancer that was in my liver since June 2025 now looks like only a small leftover “remnant,” meaning it is almost gone.
She also said there are no new spots in my lymph nodes or breast area, and those areas are clear of cancer.
Even the small blood clots in my lungs that showed up four months ago are now completely gone.
There is no new cancer anywhere else in my body.
She said she is very pleased with how things are going.
I truly feel grateful, and I believe God has worked through all my doctors and nurses at Norton Brownsboro Hospital, the cancer institute, and the neurology team. I have had amazing care throughout this journey.
My main oncologist, Dr Agrawal, even said that two years ago there were serious doubts about whether I would get this far, given how everything was affecting me.
But I am still here today.
